40 Control Measures for Hazards in Grounding Engineering

Time:2022-08-13

Today, the editor of graphite grounding will introduce 40 control measures for the dangers of grounding engineering:

1. Thoroughly conduct disclosure, provide targeted explanations of hazardous points and preventive measures, and have both the disclosing and the disclosed parties sign.

2. Seriously implement the "four handover" system of "tasks, technology, safety, and environment" requirements at the company, project department, and team levels.

3. Construction personnel have the right to refuse construction projects without safety measures or safety technical disclosure.

4. Before the commencement of the project, organize construction personnel (including migrant workers) to undergo a training and examination on safety work regulations, rules, and systems.

5. When construction personnel change jobs, they should receive corresponding safety education.

6. Provide targeted safety education when implementing new processes, technologies, or using new equipment and materials.

7. Before temporarily hiring local migrant workers for construction, the construction manager shall explain the scope of work, safety precautions, and operating methods, and publicize the safety work permit and safety supervision system.

8. The temporary distribution room, panels, and boxes are arranged reasonably and all have been inspected and found to be in good condition, meeting safety requirements.

9. Temporary power distribution rooms, panels, and boxes shall be uniformly colored and marked with obvious signs of "Danger of Electricity".

10. When laying cables underground, direct buried cable signs must be set up, and protective sleeves must be worn when crossing roads.

11. All distribution rooms, panels, and boxes are equipped with locks.

12. Portable power panels and other devices must be equipped with leakage protectors as required. Be well protected.

13. It is strictly prohibited to privately pull or randomly connect power sources.

14. The installation and maintenance of construction electricity shall be carried out by qualified electricians.

15. In operation and use, it is necessary to comply with the relevant provisions of the "Safety Work Regulations for Power Construction".

16. Before excavation, slope excavation and support work should be done according to the excavation depth, soil quality, environment, and groundwater conditions.

17. Excavation should be carried out from top to bottom, and the bottom digging method is strictly prohibited.

18. Within 1 meter of the edge of the pit, materials such as drag reducing agents, grounding modules, parked vehicles, equipment, or soil should not be piled up. The height of the soil pile 1 meter away from the edge of the pit shall not exceed 1.5 meters. Reinforcement measures shall be taken when there are large equipment parked or operations at the edge of the pit. If cracks or loose soil are found in the pit, they should be remedied immediately.

19. During construction on rainy days, attention should be paid to the drainage around the foundation pit to prevent the slope protection from being washed away by accumulated water.

20. Take measures to prevent hole collapse during excavation and expansion operations. Ventilation and lighting should be done well inside the deep hole to ensure the safety of personnel below the hole.

When using large machinery for soil excavation, there should be a dedicated person to command.

22. It is strictly prohibited for personnel to enter the bucket and it is not allowed to use the digging bucket to deliver objects.

23. Other operations are strictly prohibited within the turning radius of the excavator.

According to the requirements for the use of construction machinery, dress correctly and use personal protective equipment.

25. Regular maintenance, construction machinery should be repaired by professional personnel.

26. Carry out daily maintenance and upkeep, and ensure that all monitoring instruments and safety protection devices of construction machinery are complete and in good condition.

27. No maintenance or adjustment of construction machinery is allowed during operation.

28. Construction machinery that has reached the end of its service life and has been repaired to meet the technical requirements for use, but still needs to be used, must be tested and qualified by relevant departments according to regulations, go through procedures, and strengthen testing and maintenance.

29. Crawler excavators should be transferred to construction sites and transported using flatbed trailers. When special circumstances require transfer, the counterweight must be removed.

After completing the task, park the bucket on a solid and flat surface, land it on the ground, loosen the lifting rope, and lower the arm to a position of 40 ° -50 °.

31. Personnel operating or transmitting wires must wear insulated gloves and insulated rubber shoes.

32. Check that the circuit meets the requirements, install a leakage protector, ensure good grounding (zero connection), and ensure that all transmission components are functioning properly before operation can begin.

33. During operation, the cable should not be stretched too tightly, and there should be a margin of 3-4m. The line delivery personnel should adjust it according to the compacted route at any time, and the cable should not be twisted or tangled. When moving the cable during operation, the machine should be stopped.

34. When doing homework, cut off the power and roll up the cable. If there is any damage, it should be repaired or replaced in a timely manner.

36. Do not compact hard or uneven ground, let alone hard stones or mixed soil with broken bricks and stones.

When two or more frog rammers are operating on the same working face, the distance between them should not be less than 5m on the left and right sides, and the distance between them should not be less than 10m in the front and back.

38. During operation, do not apply excessive force or press the handle; Do not use excessive force when turning, and sharp turns are strictly prohibited.

39. When compacting and filling high soil, it should be compacted 2-3 times from within 10-15cm of the edge, and then the edge should be compacted.

40. When working indoors, it is necessary to prevent the ramming board or eccentric block from hitting the wall

The above is the introduction of graphite grounding by the editor, hoping to help everyone~
