1、 Product Introduction

Copper clad steel grounding electrode is developed based on foreign technology and produced using a special electroplating process. It has the characteristics of copper layer thickness (above 0.25 millimeters), low resistance, strong corrosion resistance, high strength, easy installation, good electrical connection performance, good adhesion, and non stripping (rollable threads). Its advantages are high tensile strength (up to 600 Newtons per square millimeter), strong corrosion resistance (ensuring a service life of over 30 years), constant low resistance, and good plasticity. It has both the same performance as copper and the characteristics of steel. The series of products produced by electroplating technology overcome the defects such as poor bonding force in the sleeve wrapping method, and can be widely used in grounding devices for power transmission and communication lines, power stations, buildings, and antennas. They can also be used in grounding systems for electronic equipment such as computers, and can be combined with lightning arresters (lightning rods, lightning wires) and down conductors to form lightning protection grounding devices.

1. Copper plating layer is more firmly bonded: advanced ultrasonic cleaning process is introduced to make the copper plating layer more firmly bonded to the low-carbon steel grounding rod body;

2. The thickness of the copper plating layer is more uniform: the pure automatic line microcomputer controls the current and voltage, making the copper plating layer more evenly attached to the low-carbon steel grounding rod body;

3. Better corrosion resistance and conductivity: Due to the skin effect of current in conductors and the unique anti-corrosion properties of copper materials, the conductivity and corrosion resistance are superior to other grounding products;

4. More smooth appearance: Senior craftsmen use skilled machine tools to create a perfect seamless steel rod body, and then use advanced copper plating technology to present a flawless copper plated surface;

4. Copper layer plasticity: The grounding rod (wire) is bent into a U-shape, and there are no cracks on the inner and outer edges of the bend;

5. Copper layer adhesion: According to the adhesion test, except for the peeling copper layer at the bite of the tiger pliers, the copper steel adhesion in the rest of the parts is good and there is no peeling phenomenon.
