1、 Product Introduction
Graphite based flexible grounding strip is a new type of non-metallic conductive material with stable performance, low self resistivity, high and low temperature resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, high current impact resistance, and unchanged material properties. Especially when transportation is inconvenient. In mountainous areas without electricity and with high soil resistivity, superconducting corrosion-resistant grounding zones can better meet design requirements, and are easy to construct, reducing excavation and costs. Therefore, their application in power transmission and transformation lines is becoming increasingly widespread.
2、 Performance characteristics
The graphite based flexible grounding strip is flat and made of high carbon graphite wire. The connection end connected to the tower is made of stainless alloy. The graphite based flexible grounding strip is a non-metallic conductor, corrosion-resistant, rust free, stable grounding resistance, high current impact resistance, no damage, constant resistance, high and low temperature resistance, long service life of 30 years, maintenance free, safe and reliable. It is not limited by environmental or climatic conditions, easy to install, does not require electrical welding, saves labor and time, saves materials and costs, is energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and anti-theft. It is especially suitable for use in acidic and alkaline soils, swamps, humid and hot areas, and beaches.
The commonly used specifications for graphite based flexible grounding strips are 40 * 5mm and 50 * 5mm. The production process of graphite based flexible grounding strips does not produce harmful substances, nor does it pollute water. At the same time, the product does not contain harmful substances, will not degrade, and will not pollute the surrounding soil during and after construction. It does not use electric welding or pollute the air, which meets environmental protection requirements.
